ZeCo Africa develops technology, financial infrastructure, banking solutions, and digital platforms that support the development of trusted carbon markets across Africa. Our Services facilitate the management, verification, financing, monitoring, and exchange of climate-related projects, environmental assets, carbon credits, sustainability products, and associated financial services.
Certain Services may be provided directly by ZeCo or through licensed financial institutions, regulated partners, technology providers, government agencies, or other third-party organizations.
Eligibility

Organizations using the Services represent that the individual accepting these Terms has authority to bind that organization.

Carbon Market Services
Our Services may facilitate activities involving carbon credits, environmental assets, sustainability certificates, emissions data, renewable energy certificates, or related climate instruments. ZeCo does not guarantee:
the future value of carbon credits,
market pricing,
regulatory acceptance,
environmental outcomes,
investment returns, or
project performance,
Unless expressly agreed in writing.
Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
User Responsibilities

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to ZeCo for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeCo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
